GROWING & HARVESTING
When it comes to the quality, we only pick the ripe red cherries to ensure the best quality coffee.
The sorting process is done with precision, starting from the very beginning. Our coffee is selectively hand-picked from the tree when the fruit is ripe and ready, and has turned into a dark cherry-red coloured berry (monochromatic red).

SORTING
Every single bean is carefully sorted by hand. To ensure consistency during roasting, any chipped, broken, improperly dried, cracked, or misshapen beans will be excluded from the batch.
Sorting process is done to ensure that no defective beans are present in the next phase, allowing an even roast in accord with our exact specifications.
TRADITIONAL ROASTING
After all the beans have been prepared and sorted, the green beans will be roasted with our traditional roasting techniques.
The traditional roaster is made from red clay buried in volcanic soil, the same place where our coffee grows. We believe that imparts the unique aroma and taste exclusive to our coffee (by request only)
MODERN ROASTING
Roasting coffee with roasting machine is the current standard that we are using. It is very efficient and allows us to have complete consistency and efficiency for every batch of orders.
We are able to roast up to your needs by roasting preferences and profile, upon your request. For perfecting your most favourite cup of coffee.
